1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SportsBIFF, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

SportsBIFF is a sports tipster performance tracking and leaderboard platform. We provide verified statistics, historical performance data, and subscription tools for following tipsters. SportsBIFF does not operate as a bookmaker, betting exchange, or gambling operator. We do not accept bets or wagers of any kind.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use SportsBIFF. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who misrepresent their age.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. You may not share, transfer, or sell your account to another person.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some tipsters on SportsBIFF offer paid subscription tiers. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

6. Gambling Disclaimer

SportsBIFF provides information and statistics only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial or betting advice. Any decision to place a bet is made solely by you. Past tipster performance is not a guarantee of future results. Please gamble responsibly. 7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) impersonate another person or tipster; (b) post false, misleading, or fraudulent tips; (c) attempt to manipulate leaderboard statistics; (d) scrape, harvest, or redistribute SportsBIFF data without permission; (e) use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

8. Tipster Conduct

Tipsters registering on SportsBIFF agree to post tips honestly and in good faith. Attempts to game the platform (e.g., back-dating tips, posting tips after match kick-off) will result in immediate account suspension. SportsBIFF independently verifies tip timestamps and reserves the right to void any tip submitted after the relevant fixture has started.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on SportsBIFF is the property of SportsBIFF and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission. Tipsters retain ownership of their tips but grant SportsBIFF a licence to display and analyse that content.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

SportsBIFF is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SportsBIFF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any losses arising from acting on tipster information.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
