Delete your SportsBiff account

In the app

1. Open the Profile tab and tap Account settings.
2. Under Danger zone, type your email address.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

On the website

1. Sign in at www.sportsbiff.com.
2. Go to Profile, then Account settings.
3. Under Danger zone, type your email address, select Delete my account and confirm.

Can't sign in?

Send us a request from our contact page, choosing "Delete my account", or email awahid@sportsbiff.com from the address on your account. We'll check the request comes from the account holder, then delete the account within 30 days.

Subscriptions and billing

When you delete your account, SportsBiff Pro and every tipster subscription are cancelled immediately, so you won't be charged again. There is no refund for the rest of the current billing period.

Tipsters: if your tipster profile has subscribers or a payout account, deleting your account sends us a request instead. We settle what you're owed, then delete the account within 30 days. Your public tipster record, built from your public Telegram channel, stays on SportsBiff unless you ask us to remove it.

What we delete

• Your account: your name, email address, password, date of birth and location.
• The teams, players and tipsters you follow, and your notification settings.
• Your subscriptions on SportsBiff, once they are cancelled with our payment processor.
• Your Ask SportsBiff chat history.
• The phones registered to receive notifications from your account.

What we keep, and for how long

• Payment records. Invoices and payments are kept by our payment processor, Stripe, for as long as tax law requires (six years in the UK).
• Messages you sent us through the contact form are kept for 24 months after you send them, then deleted.
• Usage records, such as which pages were viewed, are separated from your account straight away and deleted after 180 days.
• Server logs, which can include your IP address, are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period for security, then deleted.
